End-of-Year Opening Hours and Customer Service Availability

As we wrap up 2024 and welcome the New Year, here’s everything you need to know about the UNREAL Streetwear Store’s opening hours, order deliveries, and customer service availability during the holiday season.

UNREAL STREETWEAR STORE – BUDAPEST HOLIDAY HOURS

  • December 24, 2024: OPEN (10:00-13:30)
  • December 25-26, 2024: CLOSED
  • December 27-30, 2024: OPEN
  • December 31, 2024 – January 1, 2025: CLOSED

Our Budapest store, located at 1052 Petőfi Sándor utca 10, will remain the ultimate destination for last-minute holiday shopping. Drop by before we close for the holidays to grab the perfect gift for yourself or someone special!

DELIVERY OF ONLINE ORDERS

To make sure your Unreal orders make it under the Christmas tree:

  • The last guaranteed delivery date before Christmas is 23 December 2024.
  • Place your orders early to avoid disappointment. For last-minute shoppers, visit our store in Budapest at 1052 Petőfi Sándor utca 10 for in-person purchases.

Guaranteed Shipping Deadlines

  • Hungarian orders placed before 12.19 at 23:59 will arrive before Christmas.
  • International orders placed before 12.15 at 23:59 will also arrive in time for Christmas.

Holiday Shipping Notice

  • Our webshop will still accept orders during the holidays, but due to the festive season, orders placed between 23 December 2024 and 1 January 2025 will be shipped starting 2 January 2025.
  • Expect some delays in packing and shipping due to the holiday rush.

RETURN OF GIFTS PURCHASED FOR CHRISTMAS

We get it—sometimes gifts don’t fit quite right. That’s why we’ve got you covered:

  • For sneakers and clothes purchased between 9 December and 23 December 2024 in our webshop or store, we’ll accept returns until 10 January 2025.
  • Returns for online purchases will be refunded as an UNREAL gift voucher, ready to be used for your next purchase.
  • As always, you have 14 days from receipt of online orders to withdraw your purchase for a refund.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABILITY

From 21 December 2024 to 2 January 2025, our customer service will only be available via email.
